Lead Product Manager - Brokerage (Anywhere)

In this impactful role, you will lead the vision and execution of brokerage product initiatives within a fast-growing fintech environment. Collaborating closely with engineering, design, analytics, and regulatory teams, you will drive product strategy, optimize operational efficiency, and directly influence the evolution of financial services technology. Your leadership will shape products used globally by diverse financial institutions, helping to expand access to innovative brokerage solutions. Accountabilities:

• Own and manage the brokerage product portfolio, defining roadmaps and priorities.
• Write clear product requirements and partner with engineering to deliver features on schedule.
• Analyze market trends, ROI, and build-vs-buy options to inform strategic decisions.
• Drive improvements in brokerage operations through data-driven solutions and performance metrics.
• Lead customer and regulator communications to gather insights and align product direction.
• Report on product progress and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support ad hoc projects related to brokerage product development.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Product Management, Engineering, or startup environments.
• Strong interest and understanding of brokerage and fintech industries.
• Proficiency in data analysis using SQL and BI tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong collaboration abilities.
• Solid business acumen to balance stakeholder needs, technical feasibility, and resource constraints.
