The Opportunity
We are seeking a Lead Product Manager who is passionate about creating exceptional experiences for psychiatric clinicians while pioneering innovation in mental health treatment. You'll be the voice of clinicians, deeply understanding their daily challenges and translating those insights into product solutions that genuinely improve patient care and practice efficiency. Working closely with our engineering, design, and operations teams, you'll drive direct product strategy and execution in a space where your work has a direct impact on patient outcomes.
$190,000 - $215,000 a year
Depending on experience. The reasonably estimated national salary range for this position is between $190,000-$215,000 per year, plus an equity package for eligible employees. Actual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and local cost of labor.
