Position Overview: Β 

The Product Owner will aid in the continued evolution of Quadax’s suite of software applications. This individual will have a background in systems analysis, working with business units to determine requirements, and creating project specifications. Local candidates highly preferred. If needed, ONLY open to candidates living in: OH, PA, MI, IN, KY, WV, TN, GA, FL, TX, MO, WI, MN, NE, SD, SC, or NC.Β Β Visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with customers, users, and other stakeholders to identify business needs and create the stories which can satisfy those needs.
  • Produces clear, detailed documentation to be used by lines of business and IT to build quality business processes and web applications.
  • Develops clear, traceable requirements using, interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis and workflow analysis.
  • Create detailed specifications for application developers.
  • Work as part of a team contributing to planning, designing, and development of systems and sub-systems.
  • Present information regarding enhancements, track and respond to questions from business and IT team members.
  • Gain an understanding of revenue cycle management and use this knowledge to drive system design and implementation decisions.
  • Partner with test team and assist in the preparation of the testing strategy and testing execution plans to ensure test cases map to requirements.
  • Collaborate with other analysts to develop and document business analysis best practices, standards, and tool usage.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years experience in systems/business analysis and project management
  • Strong understanding of a Software Development Lifecycle is required
  • Experience working on project teams using Agile development methods
  • Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement a plus
  • SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) Product Owner certification a plus
  • Detail oriented and logical thinker with strong analytical skills
  • Capable of solving complex technical problems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to facilitate RAD/JAD and user story mapping sessions
  • Ability to develop and interpret wire frames and system flow diagrams
  • Knowledge of and experience with business modeling tools, such as process and workflow modeling
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Data Analysis Experience a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000
