Senior Product Manager

We’re specifically seeking candidates with experience in the solar industry who can bring that expertise to help power the next phase of our growth.

Job Summary:Β 

Β 

The IT Product Manager discovers and drives the why, what, and how of our software products,Β 

ensuring that value-added solutions are shipped to customers, users, and stakeholders. Product ManagersΒ seekΒ to harmonize business strategy, user desirability, and technical feasibility toΒ 

deliver best-in-class solutions to users and long-term value to the business.Β 

Β 

Primary Responsibilities:Β Β 

  • Responsible for the product vision,Β roadmapΒ and feature setsΒ 

  • Develop a deep understanding of business needs, challenges and opportunities while working to helpΒ identifyΒ short- and long-term goalsΒ 

  • Help drive product strategy byΒ leveragingΒ customer usage data, businessΒ knowledgeΒ and competitive research to understand potential opportunities while solving for challengesΒ 

  • Passionately advocate for and evangelize product vision to ensure buy-in from stakeholders,Β end-usersΒ and the development teamsΒ 

  • Lead andΒ participateΒ in user research and testing, ensuring product usability and consistencyΒ 

  • Work with design teams to createΒ wire-frames,Β early stageΒ prototypes as well as helping define design principles and systemsΒ 

  • Work in a collaborative and agile team environment thatΒ leveragesΒ latest stack technologiesΒ

Required Skills:Β 

  • Customer Experience: Must be able to construct a cohesive user journey to enable the design of customer centric experiencesΒ 

  • Market Orientation: Product Managers should be focused inside and outside of the enterprise, deeply understanding market trends, competitive strategies, and ecosystems related to their target products.Β 

  • Business Acumen: Product Managers should be comfortable navigating andΒ representingΒ the strategy, goals, andΒ objectivesΒ of business partners.Β 

  • Technical Skills: Must be able to understand and work alongside technical delivery teams to ensure high quality deliverablesΒ 

  • Innovation: Focus on continuous improvement of products, strategy, deliveryΒ methodology, teams, and individuals.Β 

Β 

Minimum Education and Experience:Β 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experienceΒ 

  • 6+ years of IT and Product experienceΒ 

  • Proven leadership ability to drive team productivity and collaborationΒ 

  • Ability to thrive in a driven, passionate, creative, and collaborative environmentΒ 

  • Experience in Solar preferred, but notΒ Β

Salary Range:

$110,850.00 - $177,360.00

*This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included.

This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company performance.Β
