The Application Services team plays a critical role in enhancing customer and technical collaboration while delivering all application development through a Platform and Technology Product Operation Model. The IT Product Manager will report to the IT Applications Director. In this role you will serve as the product-facing owner for a technical component or platform feature set. This role bridges business needs and engineering execution- managing backlogs, setting priorities, aligning with stakeholders, and ensuring delivery of high-value features. The IT Product Manager deeply understands the business context and works cross-functionally to bring reusable, scalable solutions to market. In this role, you will:
- The Principal IT Product Manager will lead the IT Strategy and delivery for Behavioral Health initiatives, beginningΒ with the Behavioral Health Insourcing program and expanding to future behavioral health capabilities. This role is pivotal in enabling the enterpriseβs transition to an integrated, in-house behavioral health model.
- Own and lead delivery roadmap for a platform feature set(s) or technical product for Behavioral Health IT Solutions starting with Behavioral Health Insourcing initiative, in partnership with engineering and architecture.
- Drive teams to translate business objectives and user needs into actionable features and stories.
- Prioritize and groom the team backlog, making trade-offs between scope, timeline, and value.Β
- Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across product, engineering, and business teams.
- Drive delivery outcomes and monitor progress through KPIs, timelines, and release milestones.
- Support go-to-market readiness, including testing coordination, documentation, and communication.
QualificationsYour Knowledge and ExperienceΒ
- Typically, requires a bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in product management, technical delivery, or IT systems analysis requiredΒ
- Strong understanding of software development and agile methodologiesΒ
- Experience working with platform services or reusable components preferredΒ
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skillsΒ
- Familiarity with tools like Jira or Azure DevOpsΒ
- Experience with AI/ML concepts and tools is preferred.Β
- Healthcare experience or Behavioral Health is preferred.
- Experience with insourcing transitions or vendor-to-internal service migrations is preferred.
