Position Overview:
O.C. Tanner is looking for a skilled, data-driven Integrations Product Manager to own and drive product management for key integration areas of our enterprise Culture Cloud platform. Culture Cloud is a unified suite of web and mobile applications that help employees thrive at work by connecting them to purpose, accomplishment, and each other. The Product Manager will play a pivotal role in validating needs and discovering (with Product Design and Engineering team members) employee & team recognition solutions that delight customers and ensure business objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:

- Own a defined set of platform integration surfaces from intake through launch and iteration.
- Translate partner and internal needs into clear product requirements, technical requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner daily with engineering on API, SDK, and integration design tradeoffs, including data contracts, configuration models, and extensibility.
- Lead integration discovery with partner teams and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, constraints, and success criteria.
- Drive cross-team execution by managing dependencies, priorities, milestones, and risks.
- Define and enforce integration quality gates, including reliability, security, performance, and documentation readiness.
- Partner with engineering on observability and telemetry to ensure integrations are measurable, supportable, and continuously improving.
- Run integration working sessions, design reviews, and delivery check-ins.
- Support troubleshooting and triage integration issues, contributing to root-cause analysis and learnings.
- Maintain clear, consumable documentation for integration requirements, configuration, and enablement.
- Coordinate release readiness activities, including validation, enablement, and stakeholder communications.
- Contribute data and insights to roadmap planning and sequencing.
- Represent the Platform Integrations team with clarity and credibility in cross-functional and partner forums.
- Focus on specific integration initiatives that include enabling deeper Microsoft ecosystem integrations, easy to install UI widgets, custom client integrations, platform data integrations to enable self-serve reporting, and others.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 2β4 years of software Product Management (or equivalent) experience
- Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to take initiative and work independently, and to effectively influence cross-functional teams (e.g. Marketing, Sales, UX, Engineering, Customer Success, Support).
- Agility and a bias toward action, with ruthless prioritization skills and accountability for delivering results.
- Experience working closely with customers to define and design effective business (B2B or B2C) solutions that meet their needs.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills, with high attention to detail (sweat the small stuff).
- Solid understanding of modern application design principles and experience applying them to solve complex problems in creative, pragmatic ways.
- Proficiency with product management and agile planning tools (e.g. Jira) and processes.
- Domain experience in HR-related SaaS business applications (e.g. Recognition & Rewards, Continuous Performance, Engagement, Learning & Development) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret financial and user data to inform product decisions.
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience; MBA or related Masterβs degree is a plus.
