As a Product Manager on the Customer Identity and Access Management (IAM) Platform you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.ย

Job responsibilitiesย 

โ€ขย ย ย ย Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customersย 
โ€ขย ย ย ย Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmapย 
โ€ขย ย ย ย Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value propositionย 
โ€ขย ย ย ย Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliabilityย 
โ€ขย ย ย ย Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from stakeholders and customersย 
โ€ขย ย ย ย Oversee end-to-end delivery of authentication solutions, ensuring security, scalability, and reliabilityย 
โ€ขย ย ย ย Collaborate with engineering, security, compliance, and business teams to deliver product featuresย 
โ€ขย ย ย ย Ensure platform compliance with relevant security standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS)ย 
โ€ขย ย ย ย Advocate for seamless and secure customer experiences, balancing usability with robust securityย 
โ€ขย ย ย ย Monitor platform performance, adoption, and incident metrics; report KPIs to leadership.ย 
โ€ขย ย ย ย Coordinate response to authentication-related incidents and support customer service team

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skillsย 

โ€ขย ย ย ย 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaย 
โ€ขย ย ย ย Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsย 
โ€ขย ย ย ย Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementย 
โ€ขย ย ย ย Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, passwordless, and related protocols (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect)ย 
โ€ขย ย ย ย Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern authentication technologiesย 
โ€ขย ย ย ย Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence)ย 
โ€ขย ย ย ย Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsย 

โ€ขย ย ย ย Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organizationย 
โ€ขย ย ย ย Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field (Masterโ€™s preferred)ย 
โ€ขย ย ย ย Familiarity with security standards and regulatory requirements (GDPR, PCI DSS, SOC2)ย 
โ€ขย ย ย ย Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP, Certified Scrum Product Owner)
