In this critical role, you'll help shape the vision, strategy, and execution of the Expert Lifecycle Management Platformβa core part of our transformation journey. Youβll work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, customer success, and business leaders to identify key problems, define product requirements, and deliver impactful solutions at scale.
Drive end-to-end product development, from discovery to launch, for the Expert Lifecycle Management Platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize the product roadmap.
Leverage data insights to inform decision-making and optimize user experience.
Partner with stakeholders across a matrixed organization to deliver cohesive platform features.
Ensure product delivery aligns with customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
Contribute to the evolution of service operations through AI-enhanced experiences and intelligent workflows.
7+ years of experience in Product Management, delivering world-class consumer or enterprise software products.
Proven success managing the full product lifecycle in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Strong stakeholder management skills within a matrixed organization.
Exceptional project management capabilities with the ability to lead complex initiatives.
Passion for creating intuitive, customer-focused solutions.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech or equivalent).
Data proficiency: Solid experience with SQL and analytical tools.
AI exposure: Familiarity with prompting and applied AI technologies is a plus.
