The team is composed of a diverse set of enterprise software, SaaS, data, and service offering, including the following market leading products: iLevel, EDM, thinkFolio, Wall Street Office (WSO), SNL Banker, Debt Domain, Notice Manager and Prism.
Job Description:
S&P Software Solutions is currently seeking a seasoned, progressive, and innovative Head of Product to oversee key strategic product development initiatives that will significantly differentiate S&Pβs value proposition in Private Markets.
This role will be focused on aligning product strategy and delivery for S&Pβs private markets software product offerings by working with key partners across Product Management, Engineering, Commercial Strategy, Sales, and Client Management to define, manage, and execute on our product vision to create a world-class platform with natively integrated software, data, and services. Key initiatives include:
Private Credit Investment Platform: Deliver a premier private credit investment platform for the industry that natively integrates data, software, and managed services. Build, modernize, extend, and integrate functionality and private credit workflows Private Investible Universe: Build the leading platform to facilitate high-value interactions between Private Companies and Private Market Investors by reducing key friction points through industry-standard utilities such as identifiers, performance metrics, reference data, benchmarks, peer comps, managed data services, fund-level performance data to power demand for our software solutions, and valuation services.
