As we expand our technical product capabilities, we’re looking for a strategic and execution-focused Head of Product to lead our efforts and help shape and own the product vision for our AI-driven software initiatives. This is an in-person role, located in Tysons Corner.
The Role: Our Head of Product is a high-impact leadership position where you'll be responsible for defining and driving our product strategy from concept through market delivery. You’ll be the connective tissue across engineering, marketing, and leadership, ensuring product development is aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
In this role, you will:
Own and evolve the product vision and strategy for all AI-focused initiatives
Collaborate with executive leadership to drive strategic planning, growth forecasting, and technology investment decisions
Own the product roadmap and manage end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to delivery
Translate strategic goals into actionable roadmaps, development benchmarks, and release plans
Define and maintain core product metrics to evaluate success, inform priorities, and drive continuous improvement
Conduct continual market research to validate and refine development ideas
Lead a team of software engineers and developers to ensure timely, high-quality releases
Align product features and experiences with market expectations and sales goals
What We're Looking For:
8+ years of demonstrated experience in product ownership or product management in the areas of AI, SaaS, or enterprise software
BA/BS degree in a relevant field
2+ years of experience leading high-performing teams in a technical environment
Proven track record of bringing products from concept to launch and market success
Skilled in agile product management and iterative development
Natural collaborator, able to align teams and influence stakeholders at every level
Customer-obsessed, strategic thinker, and strong communicator
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
