About Evvy

At Evvy, we believe the female body shouldn’t be a medical mystery.

We are a precision women’s health company leveraging the vaginal microbiome to improve outcomes across a woman's lifespan. Backed by $30M+ from leading investors, we serve over 100,000 patients and 2,000 providers nationwide with our validated Vaginal Microbiome Test and AI-powered personalized care platform.

Through this work, we have built the world’s largest dataset on the vaginal microbiome β€” a proprietary foundation that will drive breakthroughs in infertility, preterm birth, gynecological cancers, and beyond.

Why join now?

Evvy is a generational opportunity in women's health β€” and we're at the inflection point.

  • We’ve built a dataset no one has. Evvy has generated the world’s largest vaginal microbiome dataset from 100,000+ patients, uncovering novel biological markers underlying women’s health conditions that collectively cost the healthcare system $180B+ annually.

  • Validated, AI-first platform. We’ve built a comprehensive testing and care platform that unlocks personalized treatment pathways for each patient. Our work is supported by research published in major peer-reviewed journals and presented at major clinical conferences (including ACOG, ASRM, IDSOG, and more).

  • Proven traction, massive opportunity. We serve 100,000+ patients and 2,000 providers nationwide, with rapidly growing revenue and an expanding suite of diagnostics and treatments to improve outcomes across condition areas. We've only scratched the surface.

  • Top tier team, investors, and partners. Our world-class team is backed by industry leading investors, including General Catalyst, Left Lane Capital, US Fertility, and Labcorp.

We're looking for high-horsepower, mission-driven people who find it unacceptable that the female body is still a medical mystery β€” and want to help change that.

About the Role

Evvy is looking for a Growth Product Manager to own the product experiences that drive acquisition, conversion, retention, and long-term patient value.

As a Growth PM at Evvy, you’ll sit at the intersection of product, data, AI, ecommerce, and healthcare β€” shaping how patients discover Evvy, convert, engage with care, and continue their journey over time. You’ll work on some of the company’s highest-leverage growth surfaces across onboarding, testing, treatment, retention, lifecycle expansion, and personalization.

This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and loves turning messy problems into measurable outcomes. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Clinical, and Leadership to define strategy, ship experiments, and build systems that compound over time.

We’re looking for someone who thinks like a product strategist, executes like a founder, and uses AI fluently across the entire product development process.

Evvy is a primarily in-person team based in New York, NY. Given the cross-functional nature of this role, our ideal candidate is located in NYC.

What you'll do:

Own growth & LTV strategy

  • Own key product levers tied to conversion, retention, expansion, and customer LTV

  • Drive the growth product roadmap from ideation through launch, iteration, and optimization

  • Design and run experiments across onboarding, ecommerce, treatment flows, retention, reactivation, and lifecycle experiences

  • Identify and prioritize the highest-impact growth opportunities across the patient journey

Build product experiences that compound

  • Partner closely with Marketing on ecommerce conversion, landing pages, acquisition flows, and lifecycle engagement

  • Develop in-product and cross-channel experiences that increase retention, adherence, retesting, and long-term engagement

  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to deeply understand user behavior, friction points, and growth opportunities

  • Help shape Evvy’s personalization and AI-driven patient experience strategy over time

Collaborate cross functionally and ship fast

  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Marketing, and Leadership to deliver high-impact product experiences

  • Translate ambiguous problems into clear product requirements, priorities, and execution plans

  • Use analytics, user research, and experimentation frameworks to drive product decisions

  • Contribute to product operations, tooling, process design, and team culture as an early member of the product organization

Who you are

  • Both deeply strategic and highly execution-oriented

  • Obsessed with understanding user behavior, incentives, and decision-making

  • Comfortable owning metrics and thinking in funnels, cohorts, retention curves, and LTV

  • Energized by ambiguity and excited by β€œzero-to-one” problem solving

  • AI-native by default β€” using AI tools across research, spec writing, prioritization, analysis, QA, and execution

  • Comfortable moving fluidly between systems thinking and product detail

  • An exceptional communicator across both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Excited by the opportunity to help define the future of women’s healthcare

What We're Looking For

  • 4–5 years of product management experience at a fast-growing startup, with significant ownership over growth, conversion, retention, or lifecycle product surfaces

  • Strong product instincts paired with analytical rigor and execution speed

  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Data teams

  • Experience in consumer products, healthcare technology, diagnostics, or telehealth.

It's a plus if you have

  • Familiarity with fertility, vaginal health, diagnostics, or longitudinal care models

  • Experience with AI-driven personalization systems

  • SQL skills and comfort working directly with data

  • Experience with Fullstory, Metabase, or modern product analytics tooling

  • Design fluency and comfort working directly in Figma

  • Experience building products in regulated or clinically complex environments
