The Trustworthy Personalization team in Google Identity and Engagement is focused on enabling users to enjoy personalization and agentic experiences across the Google products they use while feeling in control of their personal context. Conversational AI is shifting user expectations in this space rapidly, with expanding opportunities to build new connected user experiences and bring delight to peopleβs daily lives.
As the Group Product Manager (GPM) for AI Personalization, you will be responsible for creating a cohesive Google identity system designed with AI in mind in collaboration with teams across Core, Google DeepMind, and product areas such as Search and Gemini, and designing identity solutions that feel assistive, contextual, and secure in creating more personal and agentic experiences, while ensuring transparency and control, so users can manage their information.
The Core team builds the technical foundation behind Googleβs flagship products. We are owners and advocates for the underlying design elements, developer platforms, product components, and infrastructure at Google. These are the essential building blocks for excellent, safe, and coherent experiences for our users and drive the pace of innovation for every developer. We look across Googleβs products to build central solutions, break down technical barriers and strengthen existing systems. As the Core team, we have a mandate and a unique opportunity to impact important technical decisions across the company.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $227,000-$320,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
