About the Role
We are looking for motivated and curious Engineering Graduates to join our team and gain hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of engineering and construction projects delivered within a live, operational environment.
This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills across a broad spectrum of disciplines, including project engineering, procurement, commercial awareness, health & safety, and CDM regulations. Youโll play an active role in supporting project development, from early stage concept through to delivery.
Working as part of a collaborative central team, youโll contribute to the development of project scopes, carry out site-based activities, and support the successful delivery of programmes across our infrastructure and port environments.
This Graduate position will be for 24 month duration.ย

Key Responsibilities
โขย ย ย ย Conduct site surveys, measurements and condition assessments (structures, M&E, or assets)
โขย ย ย ย Analyse data and translate findings into technical scopes of work and specifications
โขย ย ย ย Support the creation of early-stage designs, drawings, diagrams, and 3D models
โขย ย ย ย Review and evaluate technical and design submissions, providing clear feedback
โขย ย ย ย Assist in the preparation of work instruction packs for supply chain pricing
โขย ย ย ย Monitor project progress and contribute to planning, sequencing, and programming
โขย ย ย ย Assess quality of works against approved designs and standards
โขย ย ย ย Identify project risks and opportunities, supporting mitigation strategies
โขย ย ย ย Review contractor documentation including risk assessments and method statements
โขย ย ย ย Produce reports on project progress and outcomes
โขย ย ย ย Support development of pre-construction and construction phase plans
โขย ย ย ย Engage with your mentor and manager to drive your professional development
What Weโre Looking For
Qualifications & Knowledge
โขย ย ย ย Degree in Electronics or Sustainable Energy Engineering
โขย ย ย ย Strong interest in infrastructure, ports, or large-scale development projects
โขย ย ย ย Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools
โขย ย ย ย Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
โขย ย ย ย Awareness of CDM regulations (desirable)
โขย ย ย ย Exposure to or interest in AI applications in engineering (desirable)
