DescriptionG MASS consulting is a financial consulting organisation, part of the Good Together Group . We are looking for recent graduates with an interest in Insurance to join our Consultancy.
This is an initial 12-month contract, with the expectation to be extended or taken on permanently. You will be working full-time for an Insurance client based in the City of London.
You will be responsible for:
- Access, review and file underwriting documentation.
- Review contract endorsements and ensure required escalations are sent to the correct team members
- Monitor and handle general queries relating to the client platform via online chat system
- Assist with the investigation and resolution of any queries raised by our clients stakeholders
- Sample checking of electronically placed slips.
RequirementsYou will have:
- Bachelors University degree or equivalent
- A keen interest to work in Consulting and Insurance
- Some experience / knowledge of Lloyd’s syndicate / London insurance knowledge is preferable but not essential
- Keen to identify and embrace new technologies and new ways of working
- Effective prioritisation and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
