Overview
HP Solution (HPS) LCS Support Services organization is seeking a strategic, results-oriented Channel Partner Product Manager to lead global channel enablement for our Lifecycle Services portfolio. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about empowering partners to market, sell, and deliver services that elevate employee. IT experiences in today’s hybrid workforce.

You will serve as a key interface between HP and its global partner ecosystem, driving LCS Channel enablement strategy, content development, and facilitate partner engagement to accelerate growth for one of HP’s most impactful service businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management – Channel Focus
- Own the lifecycle of channel-facing enablement products and toolsβ€”from ideation to launch to optimization.
- Define and prioritize partner requirements and translate them into actionable product features and enablement deliverables.
- Collaborate with product managers and the HP Channel Partner organization to ensure channel needs are reflected in service design, pricing, and bundling strategies. This includes facilitating feedback sessions, administering questionnaires, and gathering insights from channel events.
- Monitor performance of channel enablement initiatives using KPIs such as partner engagement, training completion, and sales impact.
- Lead cross-functional alignment across product, marketing, sales, and operations to ensure seamless partner experience.

Channel Strategy & Enablement
- Design and execute a global channel training and activation plan to drive awareness, adoption, and sales of WS Support Services.
- Develop differentiated value propositions, messaging, and service narratives tailored to channel audiences.
- Create high-impact training materials, sales tools, and marketing assets that simplify complex service offerings.

Partner Engagement & Insights
- Serve as a trusted advisor to HP’s channel partners, gathering feedback and insights to inform service evolution and training needs.
- Lead partner panels and success story initiatives to showcase real-world impact.
- Provide input into the Amplify Partner Program to identify offerings and bundles that drive WS Support Services growth.

Market Intelligence & Opportunity Development
- Analyze partner personas, buying behaviors, and market dynamics to inform enablement strategy.
- Understand the total addressable market and develop content that trains partners on the problems we solve for buyers and end users.

Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Experience:
- 7+ years in the services industry, with 3+ years in partner/channel enablement or product management.
- Proven success in developing and executing channel-centric go-to-market strategies.
- Experience working with distribution partners and geographically dispersed teams.

Skills
- Deep understanding of channel ecosystems and indirect sales models.
- Expertise in training development, sales enablement, and storytelling.
- Strong product management capabilities, including:
Β  - Defining partner requirements and translating them into enablement tools and service features.
Β  - Managing the lifecycle of channel-facing products and assets.
Β  - Prioritizing initiatives based on partner impact and business goals.
Β  - Driving cross-functional alignment across product, marketing, and sales teams.
- Proficiency in Smartsheet, PowerPoint, and other enablement tools.
- Strong project management and interpersonal skills.
- Agile mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
- Experience developing channel-centric sales enablement product messaging, training decks, and journey mapping.
- Strong writing and storytelling skillsβ€”able to make the complex simple.
- Ability to think creatively while basing ideas on strategy and data.
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical details into differentiating partner benefits and key selling points.

The base pay range for this role is $110,000 to $166,000 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).Β Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
