Farmers Insurance Federal Credit Union is seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Manager β Deposit Solutions to lead the growth, optimization, and innovation of our deposit product portfolio. This high-impact role will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of deposit productsβincluding checking, savings, CDs, and money market accountsβwith full P&L responsibility.Β
The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker and effective cross-functional leader with a strong background in financial services. Youβll drive product performance through data-driven strategies, member-centric innovation, and collaboration across teams including Marketing, Retail, Finance, and Compliance.Β
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESΒ
Manage the full product lifecycle and P&L for all deposit products.Β
Develop and execute product strategies informed by data, member feedback, market trends, and competitive analysis.Β
Optimize product features, pricing, and positioning to improve performance, grow balances, and deepen member relationships.Β
Define and monitor KPIs for product performance, profitability, and market penetration.Β
Lead go-to-market initiatives in partnership with internal stakeholders.Β
Analyze portfolio trends to identify opportunities for innovation or refinement.Β
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in collaboration with Legal and Compliance teams.Β
Serve as a key advocate for the deposit portfolio and its strategic direction.Β
Partner with digital and branch teams to ensure consistent, high-quality member experiences across all channels.Β
QUALIFICATIONSΒ
Strong business acumen and product management experience in financial services.Β
Solid understanding of deposit product profitability, pricing strategies, and member behavior.Β
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically.Β
Excellent communication, collaboration, and cross-functional leadership skills.Β
Passion for delivering member-first, value-driven financial solutions.Β
Deep knowledge of relevant banking regulations.Β
Ability to craft compelling value propositions for diverse member segmentsΒ
EXPERIENCEΒ
Bachelorβs degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.Β
Five + years of experience in product management, banking, or credit union environments.Β
Proven experience managing P&L for deposit products.Β
Experience with regulatory considerations impacting deposit accounts.Β
