About The Opportunity
Join FCMโs Global Client Facing Analytics team and lead the evolution of a cutting-edge reporting and AI-powered insights platform that helps corporate clients make smarter travel decisions. This role sits at the intersection of data, technology, and commercial outcomesโgiving you the opportunity to shape product strategy while delivering meaningful, measurable client impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the client-facing analytics product roadmap, balancing strategic initiatives with near-term priorities
- Define and communicate the product vision aligned with FCMโs broader analytics and Autonomous Insights strategy
- Analyze market trends, competitive insights, and client feedback to inform roadmap decisions
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align product direction with commercial and revenue goals
- Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature briefs for engineering and analytics teams
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring efficient sprint planning and execution
- Track delivery progress and communicate updates, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies as the product owner
- Act as the primary product contact for key client accounts, gathering requirements and validating solutions
- Partner with account management and sales to support RFPs, QBRs, and new business opportunities
- Lead client discovery sessions to uncover unmet needs and translate them into product features
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with global stakeholders
- Drive AI-powered capabilities within the analytics platform, including alerts, embedded insights, and LLM-driven features
- Define requirements for integrations such as MCP and API-driven services
- Partner with data engineering to ensure robust infrastructure supports product delivery
- Establish product metrics and analytics frameworks to measure adoption, engagement, and client value

Experience & Qualifications
- 7+ years in analytics, data product management, or business intelligence roles
- Proven experience owning product roadmaps within Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Strong knowledge of BI tools, particularly Power BI
- Experience translating complex technical concepts into clear business narratives
- Experience working with enterprise clients in consulting, account management, or client success roles
- Excellent communication skills with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders
Preferred:
- ย Background in corporate travel, TMC, or B2B SaaS analytics
- Familiarity with AI/LLM capabilities and prompt engineering
- Experience with MCP, API integrations, or embedded analytics architectures
- Exposure to Azure data ecosystem (Synapse, Data Lake, Fabric)
- Experience in high-growth or fast-paced product environments

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $120,000. Base salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements.
