ROLE SUMMARYΒ 

As a Director, Product Manager, Pfizer Global Supply (PGS) Forward Impact Engineering & Engagement team, you will be the driving force behind the rapid prototyping and MVP development of innovative digital, AI, agentic AI and data products. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, designers, and analysts to quicklyΒ iterate onΒ concepts,Β validateΒ solutions, and deliver impactful products that address key business challenges within the Pfizer global supply chain.Β 

Your focus will be on hands-on product leadershipβ€”establishingΒ clear product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, andΒ ensuringΒ that prototypes and MVPs are built, tested, and refined efficiently. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to align priorities, gather feedback, and adapt solutions to maximize business value, all while fostering a culture of creativity, experimentation, and continuous improvement.Β 

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the development of AI and data-driven digital products through rapid prototyping and MVP-first approaches toΒ validateΒ concepts and accelerate time-to-value.Β 
  • Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that prioritizes speed, experimentation, and learning through iterative delivery.Β 
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teamsβ€”including engineering, design, and business stakeholdersβ€”to quickly test hypotheses and refine product direction based on user feedback and data.Β 
  • Establish and manage a lean product roadmap focused on delivering high-impact features with minimalΒ viableΒ scope, whileΒ maintainingΒ flexibility to pivot based on insights.Β 
  • Drive agile ceremonies and sprint planning with a focus on short cycles, fast feedback loops, and continuous improvement.Β 
  • Champion a culture of experimentation, encouraging A/B testing, user research, and analytics to inform product decisions.Β 
  • Ensure MVPs are scalable and extensible,Β layingΒ the groundwork for future enhancements while meeting immediate business needs.Β 
  • Oversee the creation of user stories, prototypes, and wireframes that reflect user-centric design principles and solve real-world problems.Β 
  • Manage stakeholder expectations by clearly communicating trade-offs, timelines, and outcomes of MVP launches.Β 
  • Foster a team environment that embraces ambiguity, adapts quickly to change, and thrives on delivering tangible results in compressedΒ timeframes.Β 

BASICΒ QUALIFICATIONSΒ Β 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.Β 
  • 8+ years of product managementΒ or relatedΒ experience, with a strong emphasis on rapid prototyping, MVP development, and agile delivery.Β 
  • Hands-on experience leading and managing agentic AI products.
  • Proven success in launching MVPs and iterating based on user feedback and performance metrics.Β 
  • Deep understanding of lean product development, agile methodologies, and user-centered design.Β 
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments where speed and adaptability are critical.Β 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable product decisions.Β 
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to align diverse stakeholders around MVP goals and outcomes.Β 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity and deliver high-impact solutions quickly.Β 
  • Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • MBA orΒ Master’sΒ degree in strategy, innovation, or related field.Β 
  • Certification in Agile, Scrum, or Lean Startup methodologies.Β 
  • Experience with design thinking, prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch), and analytics platforms.Β 
  • Background in healthcare, pharma, or regulated industries with experience navigating compliance in MVP delivery.Β 
  • Experience managing distributed teams and driving alignment across global stakeholders.Β

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $162,900.00 to $261,000.00.* In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
