One of our companies is currently looking for a Director of Product Management in the United States.

This is a high-impact leadership role for a visionary product professional who thrives in dynamic, mission-driven environments. You will be responsible for crafting and executing a product strategy that drives innovation and measurable outcomes, particularly in complex, tech-enabled service ecosystems. This role involves leading a team of product managers, collaborating with cross-functional partners, and leveraging AI-driven insights to develop best-in-class solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in enterprise SaaS, strong business acumen, and a passion for transforming user and customer experiences through technology.

Accountabilities:

  • Define and execute a compelling product vision and roadmap aligned with organizational goals and market needs.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Drive market and user research to inform strategy, shape features, and optimize performance.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration, partnering with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
  • Serve as a key stakeholder for cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment between product, operations, customer success, and executive leadership.
  • Use data to define and track key product KPIs, continuously refining strategy based on measurable outcomes.


Requirements
  • 7+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in a senior leadership capacity.
  • Proven success leading product strategy for complex SaaS platforms, ideally in regulated or high-stakes industries.
  • Strong technical acumen and familiarity with agile methodologies, product analytics, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to distill technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare or with AI/automation technologies is a strong plus.
