Responsibilities

Essential Functions

  • Own product strategy, roadmap, and prioritizationΒ 
  • Drive feature discovery, refinement, and delivery readinessΒ 
  • Partner with engineering to ensure predictable deliveryΒ 
  • Maintain oversight over production performance, incidents, SLAs
  • Participate in RCA and ensure stability improvements
  • Ensure clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteriaΒ 
  • Lead cross-functional alignment with business owners and SMEsΒ 
  • Communicate roadmap, risks, and progress to leadershipΒ 
  • Manage product budget and investments at the product levelΒ 
  • Mentor Product Managers and Senior Product ManagersΒ

Qualifications

Education/Experience/Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science/management information systems/engineering; or equivalent experience is REQUIRED
  • Minimum of 8yr years’ experience of job-related progressive Application Systems experience is REQUIRED
  • 2+ years of tech leadership experience in managing large enterprise systems of record applications and ecosystems, especially EMRs
  • Strong experience building and transforming the people, processes, and technologies within an application function to product, business partnership, and agile excellenceΒ 
  • Strong leadership experience in PoC’s, technical assessment of new technologies, and successful track of scaling immature software productsΒ 
  • Strong product thinking and business/technology translation
  • Roadmapping, prioritization, benefit/value articulation
  • Understanding of platform architecture and system dependenciesΒ 
  • Strong operational mindset (SLAs, incidents, root causes)Β 
  • Data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent stakeholder management and conflict resolutionΒ
