  • Translate high-level company and Financial Services strategy into concrete product visions, roadmaps, and execution plans.β€―Β
  • Define success metrics and be accountable for KPIs related to adoption, engagement, trust, and operational performance.β€―Β
  • Identifyβ€―andβ€―validateβ€―customer problems,β€―balancingβ€―fan experience, regulatory requirements, and business goals.β€―Β
  • Leverage the broader Fanatics ecosystem (commerce, loyalty, content, betting, and fandom) to create differentiated, cross-platform financial experiences.β€―Β

β€―Β

Execution & Delivery Excellenceβ€―Β

  • Lead teams through ambiguous problem spaces with a strong bias toward action and delivery.β€―Β
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations to ship high-quality, scalable products.β€―Β
  • Drive rigorous product discovery, prioritization, and execution using customer insights, experimentation, and analytics.β€―Β
  • Ensure all product solutions meet regulatory and compliance standards, including KYC/AML, consumer protection, and data privacy.β€―Β
  • Continuously improve product quality by reducing friction, failure rates, and operational burden.β€―Β

β€―Β

Cross-Functional Leadership & Influenceβ€―Β

  • Serve as a primary product partnerβ€―toβ€―Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Operations teams.β€―Β
  • Clearly communicate product direction, tradeoffs, and progress to senior leaders.β€―Β
  • Align dependencies and roadmaps across Fanatics teams to enable efficient execution.β€―Β

Β

Β

What We’re Looking For:Β

  • 8+ years of progressive product management experience, includingβ€―peopleβ€―leadership, in consumer fintech, financial services, payments, or other regulated digital products.β€―Β
  • Demonstrated success building and launchingβ€―zero-to-one productsβ€―in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.β€―Β
  • Strong execution mindset withβ€―a track recordβ€―of shipping products that deliver measurable customer and business impact.β€―Β
  • Working knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations in financial product development, with experience partnering closely with legal and compliance teams.β€―Β
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making, including defining KPIs, running experiments, and iterating based on results.β€―Β
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex problems and influence cross-functional stakeholders.β€―Β
  • Comfortβ€―operatingβ€―at the Director level within a high-growth organization β€” setting direction, making tradeoffs, and driving outcomes.β€―Β

Β

Β

Β

Preferred Qualifications:Β

  • Experience building consumer-facing financial products atβ€―scale.β€―Β
  • Background in zero-to-one product development or platform buildouts.β€―Β
  • Experienceβ€―operatingβ€―in multi-product or ecosystem-driven companies.β€―Β
  • Passion for sports, fandom, and consumer entertainment products.β€―Β
