Senior Product Manager

The Director of Product & Experiences – Luxury & Golf is a strategic leader accountable for the entire Premier Golf product portfolio. This role oversees the development and execution of world-class golf and accommodation offerings while taking direct responsibility for scaling the company’s luxury experiences and high-value partnerships. The objective is to deliver extraordinary, differentiated, and seamless travel adventures for ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Leadership - Own the overall product strategy and roadmap for Premier Golf, ensuring alignment with the company vision and long-term growth objectives. Oversee golf and accommodations product owners to deliver a consistent, world-class experience across all destinations.

  • Luxury Experiences - Identify, secure, and manage premium experiences and suppliers globally (e.g., private wine tastings, bespoke culinary events with Michelin-starred chefs, and VIP access to world-class sporting events).

  • Strategic Partnerships - Identify and manage high-value relationships with global luxury brands, hotels, and concierge services. Negotiate agreements including pricing, exclusivity, and access rights.

  • Quality & Standards - Establish and maintain quality benchmarks, operational standards, and client experience metrics across all product lines. Vet all experiences for quality, safety, privacy, and client satisfaction.

  • Market & Insight - Monitor trends in luxury travel and experiential offerings globally to keep Premier Golf ahead of market trends. Identify opportunities to expand offerings in line with UHNW client expectations.

  • Team Management - Lead and mentor product owners across golf, accommodations, and experiences. Serve as the bridge between executive leadership and product teams, translating strategic goals into actionable initiatives.

  • Performance Reporting - Report on product performance, adoption, and client satisfaction to executive leadership, providing insights to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience: 10+ years in luxury travel, experiential hospitality, or product leadership, ideally with experience managing product owners and scaling exclusive experiences for HNW/UHNW clients.

  • Negotiation Excellence: Proven track record of securing high-value partnerships and managing complex stakeholder relationships.

  • UHNW Expertise: Deep understanding of ultra-high-net-worth client expectations, specifically regarding discretion, privacy, and personalization.

  • Global Literacy: Comfortable working across various cultures and regions, with a strong global network in luxury lifestyle and concierge sectors.

Behavioural & Soft Skills

  • Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to translate a high-level vision into a detailed product roadmap.

  • Excellent verbal and written skills, comfortable liaising with discerning clients, executive leadership, and international partners.

  • A forward-looking self-starter with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
