We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Director of Product Analytics to lead our analytics function and drive data-informed decision-making across our product organization. This role will be responsible for building and scaling a high-performing analytics team, partnering closely with product, engineering, design, and business stakeholders to uncover insights, optimize product performance, and shape the future of our product roadmap. Key Responsibilities include the following, but not limited to:
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the vision for product analytics, aligning with company goals and product strategy.
- Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a team of product analysts and data scientists, fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and impact.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, engineers, and executives to identify key metrics, design experiments, and deliver actionable insights.
- Data Infrastructure: Collaborate with data engineering to ensure robust data pipelines, tools, and infrastructure that support scalable analytics.
- Experimentation & A/B Testing: Oversee the design, implementation, and analysis of experiments to evaluate product changes and new features.
- Product Performance Monitoring: Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor product health, user behavior, and business KPIs.
- Insight Generation: Translate complex data into clear narratives and recommendations that drive product decisions and innovation.
- Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in analytics, experimentation, and data science.

Key Criteria:
- Experience: 8-10 years in analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a product-focused environment.
- Education: Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker). Experience with experimentation platforms and statistical modeling.
- Product Acumen: Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, user experience, and agile methodologies.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and drive organizational change.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences and influence strategic decisions.
