Description

Are you ready to make an impact at DTCC?

Do you want to help modernize the critical infrastructure that underpins the global financial markets? At DTCC, we operate systemically important platforms while fostering an inclusive, collaborative workplace that reflects the global community we serve.

Within DTCC’s Enterprise Digital Solutions (EDS) organization, we build and operate enterprise‑scale digital platforms that enable secure, resilient, and scalable interaction between DTCC clients, applications, and services. Our teams partner across product, technology, operations, cyber, and client services to deliver shared capabilities that support DTCC’s businesses as they modernize and grow.

Master Connectivity Database (MCD) is an enterprise platform that provides authoritative connectivity metadata across DTCC β€” supporting application integration, client connectivity, operational readiness, and resiliency across both internal and external interfaces. As DTCC advances toward more distributed, cloud‑based, and resilient architectures, MCD plays a critical role in enabling a single source of truth for connectivity, improving transparency, reducing operational risk, and strengthening cyber and operational resiliency.

We are seeking a Director of Product Management to own the strategy and execution for the MCD product, with a mandate to drive adoption of MCD as DTCC’s enterprise connectivity system of record. This role is less focused on deep technical implementation and more focused on enterprise outcomes, product strategy, and agile delivery, while maintaining strong awareness of resiliency, cyber readiness, and operational dependencies.

This role sits within Enterprise Digital Solutions and is responsible for defining the MCD product vision, owning the roadmap and outcomes, and driving coordinated execution across technology, cyber, operations, and application teams.

Pay and Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation, including base pay and annual incentive
  • Comprehensive health and life insurance and well-being benefits, based on location
  • Pension / Retirement benefits
  • Paid Time Off and Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being
  • DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee)

The Impact you will have in this role:

As the Product Director for MCD, you will define and execute the strategy to establish a single, authoritative source of truth for connectivity across DTCC, enabling safer modernization, improved resiliency, and stronger operational readiness.

You will translate enterprise goalsβ€”including modernization, cyber resiliency, and stabilityβ€”into a clear product roadmap and measurable outcomes. You will balance forward‑looking strategic direction with hands‑on execution, ensuring delivery stays aligned to business value, client impact, and the realities of a mission‑critical environment.

This role is central to ensuring that connectivity data is accurate, governed, consumable, and resilient, and that platform capabilities are adopted consistently across DTCC.

Your Primary Responsibilities:Β

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Master Connectivity Database (MCD) as DTCC’s enterprise source of truth for connectivity.
  • Drive execution of the MCD roadmap through agile delivery, balancing strategy, incremental value, and operational stability.
  • Lead and influence cross‑functional teams spanning product, technology, cyber, architecture, and operations to deliver shared platform outcomes.
  • Set clear outcomes, priorities, and success measures aligned to enterprise modernization, resiliency, and risk‑reduction goals.
  • Partner closely with technology and architecture leaders to shape solution direction, sequencing, and delivery trade‑offsβ€”without owning low‑level technical design.
  • Ensure MCD capabilities support cyber resiliency, operational resilience, and business continuity, in alignment with DTCC risk and control expectations.
  • Collaborate with application product teams and client‑facing groups to drive adoption, align integration patterns, and understand downstream impacts.
  • Own prioritization and scope decisions, ensuring transparent trade‑offs and alignment with enterprise priorities.
  • Actively identify, manage, and communicate cross‑platform dependencies, risks, and delivery impacts.
  • Provide concise, outcome‑focused updates to senior stakeholders and governance forums on strategy, progress, risks, and value delivered.
  • Continuously evolve MCD product and delivery practices to improve transparency, resiliency, and enterprise value.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, including leadership of platform or shared service products
  • Proven experience owning product strategy and execution for enterprise‑scale platforms supporting multiple consumers
  • Strong background driving agile delivery in complex, regulated, or mission‑critical environments
  • Experience translating high‑level enterprise strategy into an executable roadmap and tangible outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with technology, cyber, architecture, and operations teams
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience

Talents Needed for Success

  • Strong agile product leader who can drive both strategy and execution
  • Comfortable operating at both enterprise and squad levels, setting direction while enabling delivery teams
  • Clear understanding of resiliency, cyber readiness, and operational risk, even if not a cyber specialist
  • Ability to represent enterprise business and client needs in prioritization and delivery decisions
  • Skilled at navigating complex stakeholder environments and driving alignment across teams
  • Strong communicator who can produce clear, executive‑ready updates and articulate trade‑offs
  • Experience with work management tools (e.g., JIRA) to drive transparency, prioritization, and flow
