We are looking for a Digital Product Owner – Sales to support the Digital Delivery Product Vision and drive the execution of our digital experiences that power both our bankers and online customers. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers can easily discover, understand, and open bank accounts that support their financial needs—whether through guided support in our branches or self-services online. You’ll join a small but mighty team and partner with key bank stakeholders including Marketing, Retail line of business, Risk and Compliance to deliver our roadmap.

As a Digital Product Owner, you will: 

• Influence and execute the Sales roadmap by maintaining a prioritized backlog features/stories and enhancements that drive business outcomes and create exceptional internal and external customer experiences. 
• Enhance the banker experience by partnering with frontline teams to identify desired features or opportunities for improvement. 
• Optimize the online account opening experience for new and existing customers by creating a frictionless, user-friendly experience on web/mobile.  
• Take accountability for select features in each release, owning them from prioritization through development, testing, and delivery.  
• Create feature KPIs and evaluate feature performance post release to ensure features drive the desired business outcome.  
• Participate or lead scrum ceremonies like backlog refinement, sprint planning, and PI planning.  
• Partner with third party resources (e.g., our platform provider Terafina).

Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business, Finance or Technology. Required

Experience

• 3-5 years Product Ownership Required
• 3-5 years Product Management and/or Design Preferred
• 2-5 years Software/application development Preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• Other CSPO, SAFe and/or POPM certification by start date Preferred
