The Digital Product Manager IIIΒ is responsible forΒ driving the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution of key digital products that supportΒ doTERRA'sΒ global businessΒ objectivesΒ and customer experience initiatives. This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and end users, ensuring product investments deliver measurable value and align with organizational priorities.Β

Key ResponsibilitiesΒ
Own and communicate the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities for assigned digital products.Β
Partner with business leaders, stakeholders, and technology teams toΒ identifyΒ opportunities that improve customerΒ experiencesΒ and drive business value.Β
Lead product discovery efforts byΒ leveragingΒ customer insights, market trends, user research, analytics, and stakeholder feedback.Β
Define and prioritize product features, enhancements, and initiatives based on customer impact, businessΒ objectives, technical feasibility, and organizational priorities.Β
Translate business requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Β
Facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams including UX, engineering, business analysts, quality assurance, and business stakeholders.Β
Monitor product performance and leverage data-driven insights to continuously improve product outcomes and customer satisfaction.Β
Manage product roadmaps and communicate priorities, risks, timelines, and progress to stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.Β
Participate in all phases of the product lifecycle, including discovery, design, development, testing, launch, adoption, and optimization.Β
Serve as a customer advocate, ensuring user needsΒ remainΒ central to product decisions.Β
Required QualificationsΒ
5+ years of product management experience, preferably supporting digital products, eCommerce platforms, customer-facing applications, or enterprise systems.Β
Proven experience managing product roadmaps and delivering digital solutions from concept to launch.Β
Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies and product lifecycle management.Β
Experience gathering and prioritizing business requirements and translating them into actionable product deliverables.Β
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.Β
Strong analytical mindset with the ability toΒ leverageΒ data and customer insights to inform decisions.Β
Ability to influence and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.Β
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing, orΒ a relatedΒ field.Β
Preferred QualificationsΒ
Experience supporting eCommerce, digital customer experiences, mobile applications, or consumer-facing platforms.Β
Experience workingΒ withinΒ direct sales, network marketing, or MLM organizations.Β
Familiarity with product analytics tools, customer journey mapping, and user experience best practices.Β
