Also is looking for a Software Product Manager to own and drive the development of our connected product applicationsβspanning on-device, mobile, and desktop experiences for riders, fleet operators, and service teams. In this cross-functional role, youβll work closely with engineering, design, and technical program management to define and build intuitive, high-impact products. Reporting to the Director of Product, youβll play a critical role in shaping the future of our software ecosystem.
What You Will Do
Define & Execute Product Strategy: Develop and drive the product roadmap for mobile and desktop applications supporting our connected vehicles and services.
Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and technical program managers (TPMs) to define requirements, ensure alignment, and support execution. TPMs will own the program schedule and execution, while you drive vision, prioritization, and product definition.
User-Centric Product Development: Gather insights from consumers and service providers to design intuitive, engaging, and scalable digital experiences.
Translate Needs into Actionable Requirements: Write clear user stories, define acceptance criteria, create user flows & journeys, and prioritize features based on business impact and user value.
Support Execution & Delivery: Work closely with TPMs, who will manage the overall program schedule, dependencies, and execution. Ensure product requirements are well-defined, risks are identified, and teams are unblocked.
Measure & Optimize Performance: Define KPIs, track feature adoption, and leverage data analytics to inform continuous improvements.
Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Keep up with advancements in IoT, micromobility, and connected technologies to drive innovation.
What You Will Bring
3+ years of product management experience, ideally in connected products, IoT, or mobility industries.
Experience managing mobile (iOS/Android) and desktop applications with a deep understanding of UX best practices.
Strong technical acumenβcomfortable working with engineers and discussing APIs, telematics, and software architecture, etc.
Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to make informed product decisions.
Proven track record of delivering impactful, user-friendly software products in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills with experience using data and user research to inform decision-making.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Passion for micromobility, sustainability, and urban transportation solutions.

The salary for this position ranges from $165,000 to $220,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
