Role: Digital Product Manager β Gift Cards
Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite β 5 days/week)

We are seeking a Digital Product Manager to lead and enhance digital gift card experiences across mobile, web, and retail channels. This role lets you drive customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth through innovative digital solutions.
What Youβll Do
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital gift card experiences.Β
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, requirements, delivery, launch, and ongoing optimization.Β
- Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; prioritize and manage backlogs.Β
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to deliver outcomes.Β
- Improve key gift card journeys: gifting, redemption, reload, balance visibility/management, and issue resolution.Β
- Use analytics, customer insights, experimentation, and A/B testing to inform product decisions.Β
- Track and improve KPIs including adoption, engagement, conversion, retention, and overall experience quality.Β
What You Bring (Required)
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.Β

10+ years of product management experience delivering customer-facing digital products.Β
- Background in digital commerce, payments, fintech, loyalty programs, or retail technology.Β
- Strong Agile/Scrum experience with deep understanding of product lifecycle management.Β
- Proven ability to partner with engineering teams and manage roadmaps, trade-offs, and backlogs.Β
- Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Β
Nice to Have
- Experience with gift card platforms, digital payments, or loyalty ecosystems.Β
- Mobile app and consumer digital product experience.Β
- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics.Β
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or consumer-focused environments.Β
- MBA or advanced degree.Β
