Position Overview
HP is seeking a Digital Product Manager to drive the execution of high-impact initiatives that transform the HP.com experience. Acting as the connective tissue across strategy, design, content, and commerce, this role ensures our digital platform delivers measurable business value while advancing HPβs customer experience vision.

Key Responsibilities
Product & Initiative Ownership
Lead the planning and delivery of priority initiatives across HP.com, from scope definition through launch.
Define clear objectives, success metrics, and requirements in partnership with business, UX, content, and technology stakeholders.
Anticipate and resolve risks, dependencies, and trade-offs to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

Cross-Functional Orchestration
Partner with leadership, design, marketing, commerce, and content teams to align execution with business strategy.
Act as the voice of the product vision in execution forumsβtranslating strategic goals into day-to-day actions.
Foster transparency and accountability across global stakeholders, creating shared ownership of outcomes.

Operational Excellence & Scaling
Build and evolve workflows, governance models, and delivery practices that accelerate speed-to-market while maintaining quality.
Apply agile methodologies to optimize team velocity and collaboration.
Identify operational bottlenecks and introduce pragmatic improvements that scale.

Measurement & Communication
Define and track KPIs to measure initiative health, team performance, and business impact.
Synthesize progress, insights, and risks into clear executive-level updates that drive decision-making.
Capture learnings to strengthen HP.comβs digital operating model and inform future prioritization.

Qualifications
6β10 years of experience in product or program management for large-scale digital platforms, ideally within global tech or eCommerce.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Strong knowledge of web technologies, UX principles, and agile delivery frameworks.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to influence at all levels.
Proficiency in tools such as AEM, Jira, Confluence, Workfront, or similar platforms.
Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; product management or agile certification a plus.

The pay range for this role is $104,800 to $158,250 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
