The Digital Assets Senior Product Manager leads the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of stablecoin and other digital asset based payment and liquidity products for small business and retail clients of the bank. Designs product, and develops market strategies (i.e. advertising, pricing, expense planning, profit plans, packaging, future products etc.) and goals and assures successful implementation; monitors the achievement of such goals. The Digital Assets Senior Product Manager collaborates across lines of business, IT, Operations, Risk, and key strategic external partners to deliver secure, scalable, and regulatory-compliant solutions.
Sets strategic direction for digital asset based products and services, and develop business case recommendations for investment to executive leaders.
Evaluate market entry alternatives for digital assets including coin issuance, wallet management, B2B and cross-border payments, reserve management, and crypto settlement services. Identify and explore market trends and emerging use cases for digital assets and payments as they relate to consumers and small businesses.Β Establish partnerships with important external entities in the digital asset sector to enhance the Bank's time-to-market and presence in potential business models. Oversee the design, development, deployment, and profitability of digital asset products in conjunction with other stakeholders throughout the Bank.
Bachelorβs degree and a minimum of
3-6+ years of product management experience working in the fintech, payments, or blockchain/digital asset sectors ecosystem. Deep understanding of blockchain technology, stablecoin mechanics (issuance, redemption, collateralization), and smart contracts. Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements for digital assets. Familiarity with stablecoin issuers (e.g., USDC, USDT), on-chain analytics, and interoperability protocols. Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to translate complex technical and regulatory concepts into user-centric solutions.

A combined minimum of 14 yearsβ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 10 yearsβ proven marketing, product management, financial, operations and/or project management experience with a demonstrated focus on digital assets and emerging payments technologies.
