As a Client Product Manager, you will serve as a key liaison between sales, brokers, and enterprise clients to drive adoption and optimization of group insurance products. You will leverage your expertise in Disability, Absence, and State Paid Leave to provide consultative guidance, lead customer training, and support complex claims resolution. The role combines strategic product insight with hands-on client engagement, ensuring customers experience seamless, compliant, and effective insurance solutions. You will influence product value propositions, collaborate with internal teams, and contribute to continuous improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Travel is required to support customer engagements and peak sales activities, offering the chance to interact directly with clients and brokers across diverse markets.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Partner with product teams to shape value propositions, marketing materials, and presentations that highlight product differentiators.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Facilitate timely resolution of systemic claims issues, collaborating with internal partners to improve processes and client outcomes.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Act as a subject matter expert on group insurance initiatives, driving enhancements in customer experience and operational efficiency.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, consultants, clients, and internal business partners to support sales and client retention goals.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย 5+ years of experience in Group Insurance; Disability and Absence claims experience preferred.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Proven experience working with brokers and consultants in an external-facing capacity.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Thorough knowledge of Group Insurance product offerings including Disability, Absence, State Paid Leave, ADA, Life, and Supplemental Health services.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Strong understanding of industry practices, competitive landscape, and regulatory compliance.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills with the ability to facilitate meetings effectively.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Demonstrated consultative approach with strong problem-solving skills in complex scenarios.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Expertise in relationship management with internal and external stakeholders.
