Civil Engineering Graduate Programme – Feb 2027 Start

You could have the opportunity to work on Civil Major Projects such as; (P2D) Papakura to Drury - Auckland, (Ō2NL) Ōtaki to North Levin or across other significant heavy civil work packages across New Zealand. We specialise in infrastructure construction with a strong focus on reinforced concrete that helps deliver bridges, wharves, water treatment plants, storage tanks, and pipelines.

In our two-year grad programme, you’ll:

• Work onsite, on real projects with our experienced site teams.
• Rotate and engage across different parts of the business to discover your strengths.
• Access training, development programmes, and mentoring.

We’re looking for passionate, future-thinking grads who:

• Have a Civil Engineering degree or diploma from an NZ-recognised tertiary institute (graduating 2024–2026).
• Hold NZ or Australian citizenship, or NZ permanent residency.
• Are keen on practical, hands-on contracting work, often on-site and outdoors.
• Are proactive, organised, and adaptable to change.
