Requirements: 🎓
✅ Relevant Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Design (Washington Accord)
✅ INTERMEDIATE/TECHNICIAN LEVEL: Minimum 4 years of experience in civil design
✅ SENIOR/DESIGN ENGINEER LEVEL: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with leadership and mentoring expertise
✅ Proficiency in 12D or Civil 3D REQUIRED
✅ Exceptional attention to detail required
✅ Advanced computer skills essential
✅ Strong sense of design and technical capability
✅ Experience with land development projects
✅ Knowledge of roading, utilities, structures, and water resources
✅ Senior Level: Leadership and mentoring expertise required
✅ Senior Level: Ability to lead projects from design through handover
✅ Capability to work on diverse, complex projects
✅ Strong project management skills for senior level
