This role serves as a key operational partner to leadership, reporting directly to the Administrative Vice President and working closely with the Clinical Vice President to support the execution of strategic priorities. The Manager translates direction into day-to-day operational plans, ensuring alignment across the cancer national service line at the divisional level.
The Manager collaborates with clinical and administrative leaders to support service line performance, advance process improvements, and maintain efficient, coordinated operations across teams. This role plays a critical part in fostering a responsive, high-functioning environment that can effectively adapt to evolving patient care and business needs.
Requirements
Incumbent must be willing to travel, including some limited overnight travel across Division.
Hybrid role- need to have regular presence in our Milwaukee business office.

Pay Range:
$33.05 - $49.60EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience or equivalent combination. Master's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration or related field preferred. Three years' experience in project management, program management development, administration or supervisory experience required.
