We are currently searching for a Business Analyst/Product Owner:

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap that tightly aligns with overarching business objectives. Continuously evaluate product performance and outcomes to guide future iterations.
  • Backlog Management: Own and meticulously manage the product backlog. Ensure items are well-defined, prioritized, and "ready for development."
  • Value-Driven Prioritization: Balance business value, technical constraints, risk, and delivery effort when making crucial prioritization decisions.
  • Requirements Engineering: Elicit, analyze, and document business needs through stakeholder workshops, interviews, and data analysis. Identify gaps, dependencies, and cross-system impacts.
  • Technical Translation: Translate overarching business requirements into precise user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications. Support solution design by validating requirements with technical teams.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate alignment and decision-making across cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, QA, data, and operations. Clarify scope and assumptions throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Agile Execution: Actively support sprint planning, sprint reviews, and backlog refinement sessions.
  • Quality & Delivery: Participate in testing, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage release readiness activities. Gather continuous feedback from users to inform improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or a closely related role within a technology-driven or digital product environment.
  • Agile Mastery: Deep understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile/Scrum/Kanban) and experience working tightly with cross-functional agile teams.
  • Requirements Expertise: Strong experience in requirements analysis, writing user stories, and process modeling.
  • Technical Fluency: Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams. You must understand APIs, data flows, and system behaviors at a strong conceptual level.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Experience using metrics, KPIs, and data insights to drive objective decision-making.
  • Product Thinking: A relentless focus on outcomes, customer value, and assessing trade-offs between scope, time, cost, and quality.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a confident, collaborative, and adaptable decision-making approach.

DesiredΒ 

  • Industry certifications such as PSPO (Professional Scrum Product Owner), CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner), CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), or PMI-PBA.

Languages

  • Advanced Oral English.
  • Advanced Spanish.
