What will you be doing?Β
Leading global marketing strategy and execution for our robotics platformΒ
Supporting a high volume of product launches across US and international marketsΒ
Developing cohesive marketing strategies and value propositions for the robotics ecosystemΒ
Managing user advisory boards and innovation councilsΒ
Driving product innovation through surgeon engagement and user group feedbackΒ
Collaborating cross-functionally with portfolio teams and international stakeholdersΒ
Shaping launch strategy and commercialization readinessΒ
Monitoring performance and driving continuous improvementΒ

What will you need to be successful?Β
Bachelorβs degree ; MBA preferredΒ
Extensive experience in orthopaedics marketing (robotics experience is a plus)Β
Proven success in upstream / downstream marketing rolesΒ
Strong stakeholder engagement and KOL management skillsΒ
Technical background (e.g., bioengineering) welcomedΒ
