Key Activities/Responsibilities
- Β Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including planning, execution, and post-launch analysis
- Lead research and analyze market dynamics, pricing trends, market opportunities, operating and sales margins to develop reports, procedures and tools for pricing and quotingΒ
- Manage and prepare and upload annual pricing file to JDE that is in alignment with pricing strategies
- Daily maintenance of price changes and/or new product pricing involving calculating and updating customer price files
- Develop and execute product price strategies including segment strategies for the various markets and channels
- Monitor, analyze and forecast marketing and sales trends to inform strategic decisions
- Track and evaluate customer landscape and competitive pricing landscape to identify opportunities and threats
- Conduct in-depth research and monitor competitive activities/products to identify customer needs and market gaps on products/services
- Update and optimize IPC configuration and content based on Engineering NPD successes and Operationβs cost realities to hit Divisional Gross Margin requirements.
- Act as the primary subject matter expert in applications for products, providing technical support and guidance.
- Collaborate closely with sales, engineering and manufacturing to vet special/custom requests and manage RFQs
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to develop product specifications that meet customer needs and enhance product attractiveness.
- Identify and resolve technical product issues, recommending solutions that align with business objectives
- Serve as a key liaison between the company and external customers, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 25%

Job Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in business, management, or related field, required.
- 3-7 years conducting market research and analysis work, required
- 3+ years serving as a liaison between the company and external customers, preferred
- 3+ years participating in developing and executing on product strategies, preferred
- 3+ years working with capital equipment and the associated parts and accessories, strongly preferred
- Strong market research and analysis skills with the ability conduct thorough market research and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, competitive landscapes, and propose new product ideas.
- Analytical skills with the ability to analyze product performance metrics and making data-driven decisions.
- Strategic thinking skills to develop and execute product strategies that align with company goals and market demands
- Strong project management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the abilityΒ to articulate product vision, strategy, and requirements to stakeholders and team members
- Strong Collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, marketing, and manufacturing
- Strong Technical Proficiency with the ability to understand the technical aspects of products to answer questions and resolve issues. Strong critical thinking, analytic and problem-solving skills required
- Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in pricing, product specifications, and documentation.
