  • Identify opportunities to improve engagement, satisfaction, and conversion through thoughtful UX enhancements, clear communication, and personalized product experiences.
  • Partner with Data Engineers and Analysts to implement reporting and tooling that drives meaningful improvement for stakeholder teams in their ability to lead with data.
  • Lead efforts across the organization to automate data integrations across various systems to reduce manual data transfer and to improve operational efficiency.
  • Define, track, and deliver on core success measures, KPIs, and hypotheses to support company OKRs
  • Use data and insights, including performance analytics, market research, user research, and business needs, to inform prioritization

  • Familiarity with healthcare, digital health, or wellness-related products-especially fertility, hormone health, or diagnostics-is a strong plus
  • Experience collaborating with engineering, design, analytics, and clinical teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Comfortable working with data: able to interpret dashboards, define KPIs, and partner with analysts or use tools like Looker, Tableau, or SQL to extract insights
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and align stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to gather user and business requirements and translate them into actionable product plans
  • Curiosity, empathy, and a passion for improving the patient or member experience
