About the Opportunity

As we continue to enhance our platform and user experience, we're seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to support the development of our telehealth solutions. You will work closely with our Product Lead to implement product strategies, learn about product development, and contribute to innovative healthcare solutions. This is a full-time hybrid position based in our Brooklyn office, reporting to the Product Lead.

Analysis & Decision Making

• Experience with basic data analysis and research
• Ability to organize insights for product strategy development

Agile Product Development

• Familiarity with agile concepts and methodologies
• Interest in project management tools and processes

Your day-to-day

Product Development Support

• Assist in maintaining product documentation and requirements
• Support market research and competitor analysis efforts
• Help collect and organize data for feature prioritization
• Track product performance metrics

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Participate in meetings with engineering, design, and marketing teams
• Support coordination of product launch activities
• Help maintain communication across stakeholders

Documentation & Analysis

• Prepare and update product documentation
• Draft user stories and acceptance criteria with guidance
• Help analyze user feedback and engagement metrics
• Organize information for product improvement discussions

What You Bring

Must-Haves

• 0-2 years of experience in product, project management, or related areas
• Basic analytical skills with eagerness to grow in data-driven decision-making
• Familiarity with project management concepts
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team

Should-Haves

• Exposure to user research concepts
• Interest in UX/UI principles
• Experience using productivity and project management tools
• Organized approach to managing multiple priorities

Nice-to-Haves

• Interest in healthcare or digital health
• Awareness of healthcare technology trends
• Educational background in business, technology, healthcare, or related fields
• Previous experience in a startup environment

Compensation

• The base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 annually
• We have a market-based compensation structure. The salary for this position may vary based on a candidate's experience, industry expertise, technical skills, and location.
