The ideal candidate will assist the Project Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring contract compliance, and supporting quality assurance processes.Β

Duties/Responsibilitiesβ€―Β 

  • Supports the Project Manager in coordinating day-to-day contract operations, personnel deployment, and administrative tasksΒ Β 

  • Monitors contract performance to ensure adherence to client expectations, SOPs, and regulatory standardsΒ 

  • Prepares and submits reports and documentation as Β 

  • Communicates with internal teams, client representatives, and subcontractors.Β 

  • Conducts regular site visits to ensure post compliance and address concernsΒ 

  • Responsible for assigned employees and supervisors and their actions/inaction during their designated shiftΒ 

  • Oversees licensing, certification and training requirementsΒ 

  • Authorize to make necessary decisions or be able to call on the PM during times of crisis or indecisionΒ 

  • Maintains the Contract Quality Control ProgramΒ 

  • Maintains the Contract Vehicle Control programΒ 

  • Manages security officer Post Orders to ensure each post maintains the most current orders.Β 

  • Reports any security violations, personnel shortages and customer complaints immediately to the Program ManagerΒ 

  • Oversees the Parking and Traffic Program, Safety Program and Government Furnished Equipment ProgramΒ

Required Skills/Abilitiesβ€―Β 

  • Knowledge of security operations and workforce managementΒ 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.Β 

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentΒ 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skillsΒ 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Β 

  • Β Familiarity with contract administration and security industry best practicesΒ 

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretionΒ

Education and Experienceβ€―Β 

  • Required: Bachelor’s Degree in related fieldΒ 

  • Required: Four (4) years of management experienceΒ 

  • : Four (4) years of armed security officer, law enforcement or military police experienceΒ 

  • : Eight (8) years in total within facility protectionΒ

Physical Requirementsβ€―Β 

  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time, including during facility or post inspectionsΒ 

  • May be to work in indoor or outdoor environments and varying weather conditionΒ
