Position Overview

The Arculus Product Marketing Manager will lead the go-to-market strategy, messaging, and positioning for our Arculus product line and targeted verticals. This role will be a critical connector between Product, Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Support - ensuring our offerings are effectively brought to market and deeply resonate with our target audiences. As Product Marketing Manager, you will own the development and execution of product messaging, competitive positioning, sales enablement, and product launches. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Marketing, your goal is to drive product adoption, demand, and market growth - delivering measurable business results.


Key Responsibilities:

Own, create and manage:

  • Overall solutions and product positioning; product messaging, product one pagers
  • Verticals support
  • Use cases, case studies, customer testimonials
  • Market insights across software, hardware, authentication, and Web3
  • Shaping and informing product roadmap; lead go-to-market for product launches
  • Sales enablement tools, demos

Overall product evangelist:

  • Shape how the world sees and experiences our products and solutions
  • Work closely with Product, Sales, Business Development, and Customer Support
  • Develop and track KPIs
  • Help inform pricing for B2C, including promos/incentives and pricing for resellers/distributors

Collaborate with internal teams:

  • Product, Sales, Business Development, Legal/Compliance, Customer Support

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven and demonstrated experience in product marketing -preferably in tech, financial/banking, digital security or B2B environments.
  • Strong understanding of GTM strategies and segmentation
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal and written -content creation, storytelling, sales/customer presentations, video
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-facing messaging
  • Passionate about technology, innovation, and customer success
  • Experience collaborating with sales, product, and creative teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Passion / interest /experience in fintech, digital security, and Web3 space preferred
  • Proactive team-player with the ability to multi-task, think creatively, and learn very quickly
  • Experience working in a start-up atmosphere and/or a fast-changing, hands-on work environment is ideal
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar field required
