Responsible for the research, assessment and discovery of new opportunities to enrich internal tools and external customer experiences with more intelligence. Conducts internal and external research to deeply understand stakeholder needs and articulate problems for translation into technology solutions. Performs competitor, user, and technology research to create differentiated value for stakeholders with cutting-edge AI capabilitiesΒ
Collaborates closely with delivery team to craft actionable product requirements that drive key outcomes for the businessΒ
Assesses and concisely communicates value and risks of new product initiatives to develop and defend POV for product features/benefits.Β
Conducts feasibility assessments, capability gap analysis (i.e., what is wanted vs. what is attainable).Β
Exercises critical thinking; examining the opportunity set, asking "why", and evangelizing a product roadmap that supports the business.Β
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.Β
