Artsy is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to help drive product adoption, engagement, and retention among aspiring art collectors. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Product, Brand, and Content teams to bring features to market, execute compelling go-to-market campaigns, and shape the way users understand and experience our product.

You’ll sit within the Growth & Lifecycle Marketing team in the B2C Marketing Org and act as a critical bridge between Marketing and Product. You’ll own the execution of Product Marketing efforts, informed by a clear strategy developed in partnership with cross-functional leads. Your work will help ensure that our messaging and positioning resonate deeply with our users and support Artsy’s broader growth goals.

This is a full time hybrid role, with office attendance required 2 days/week. This role is based in our NYC office.

What You’ll Do at Artsy:

  • Execute on B2C Product Marketing initiatives in partnership with the Marketing and Product teams

  • Develop go-to-market plans for new product features, launches, and experimentsβ€”translating strategy into action

  • Leverage consumer insights (quant + qual) to refine user personas and tailor messaging

  • Craft and evolve messaging and positioning that speaks to diverse user segments and differentiates Artsy in the market

  • Manage cross-functional coordination to bring campaigns to life, including CRM, brand, social, and ASO

  • Analyze performance and track KPIs to optimize marketing efforts over time

This role is a fit for you if:

  • Have experience in consumer product marketing, ideally at a 2-sided marketplace or luxury e-commerce company

  • Are skilled at translating product features into user-centric narratives

  • Thrive in cross-functional environments, working effectively across teams and gathering input from multiple stakeholders

  • Are execution-oriented, detail-driven, and able to take a strategic plan and bring it to life through excellent implementation

  • Bring a balance of creativity and data fluency, using insights to inform messaging and campaigns

  • You are currently authorized to live and work in NYC

  • This role will be based in NYCΒ

This role is unlikely to be a good match if you….

  • Need heavily structured workflows and are uncomfortable with ambiguity or self-direction

  • Struggle to take initiative or create processes where none currently exist

What success looks like in your first 3-6 months:Β

By Month 3:

  • You’ve developed a strong understanding of who our users are and how our product serves them today

  • You’ve built strong relationships with the Marketing team and Product teams

  • You’ve mapped out our current Product Marketing surfaces/campaigns and refreshed themΒ

By Month 6:

  • You’ve successfully launched go-to-market initiatives in partnership with Product and Marketing

  • You’ve contributed meaningfully to cross-functional planning and surfaced user insights to help influence roadmap direction

We know no one is a perfect match on paper, so if you’re passionate about this role, please apply! We’re excited to learn how your skills, experiences, and insights could make a difference.

Please Note: We can only accept applications from those eligible to live and work in New York. We are unable to sponsor visas for this position. This is a hybrid role with office attendance required 2 days/week.
