Senior Product Manager - Studio Head of Slots

What’s the position?

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Product Manager, Studio Head of Slots, to lead our studio game creation team and partners. In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for managing the production of the next-generation slots and other casino games from concept through launch.

You will work directly with the in-house Sr. Director Studio, and senior management, stakeholders, uniting diverse internal teams and external vendor studios to create the highest quality, innovative game content that drives revenue growth and elevates the HRD Bet Casino.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Roadmap & Product Leadership - Plan and execute a comprehensive in-house slots game strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with Studios vision and revenue objectives.

• Creative & Technical Oversight - Champion creative direction and technical excellence—from ideation and math development to detailed requirements and final launch—ensuring every game meet AAA industry standard for the highest quality and regulatory compliance.

• Team & Vendor Management - Lead and mentor a diverse team of Senior Product Managers, Casino Specialists, and other key personnel, internal and external teams, fostering a collaborative environment that drives game excellence.

• Market Insight & Innovation - Continuously analyze market leaders and emerging trends within the casino and related industries (social, skill, progressive, lottery types, etc.) to inform new game features and product enhancements.

• Stakeholder Engagement & Performance Optimization - Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders—to optimize game performance, enhance player experiences, and drive strategic revenue growth.

• End-to-End Project Management - Oversee each game as a distinct project with strict milestone management (concept signoff, graphic signoff, etc.), ensuring timely delivery and maximum strategic impact.

• Performance Optimization - Optimize game performance—ranging from in-game placement to lobby visibility—in collaboration with marketing and product teams to maximize player engagement.

We are looking for a results-driven leader who excels in transforming creative game concepts into market-leading game products.

You are passionate about slots, casino gaming, and possess deep industry knowledge, along with the strategic vision and operational acumen to guide a high-performing, global team in a fast-paced Studio games development in a regulated environment.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• 7+ years of experience leading the development and acquisition of slot casino game content in global markets.

• Demonstrated success owning in-house slot game production, partnering with executive teams, and delivering measurable business growth.

• Proven leadership in managing large-scale teams and vendor relationships, including direct oversight of 10+ reports and broader groups of 30–75+.

• Deep expertise in slot and casino game design, from math modeling and creative ideation to production and regulatory compliance.

• Skilled at building and mentoring high-performing teams, with a passion for developing talent and studio culture.

• Exceptional documentation and communication skills, with a track record of aligning cross-functional and remote teams around clear requirements and goals.

• A creative yet data-driven mindset, combining market insight with innovation to shape compelling player experiences.

• Familiarity with UI/UX, wireframing, and collaboration with technical teams is a strong plus.

• Thrives in a fast-paced, startup-style environment, with a focus on quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
