Help Us Reimagine Community Engagement
RealManage is transforming the way communities are supported, governed, and experienced. We're shifting to a product-led culture, one that puts user needs at the center and emphasizes outcomes over output. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Resident and Board experiences, while also helping build and mentor a growing team of product professionals.
In this role, youโ€™ll be responsible not only for leading strategic product efforts, but also for raising the bar for product management practices across the organization. Youโ€™ll guide other product managers, coach cross-functional partners in product thinking, and help embed a mindset of continuous discovery and value-driven delivery.

What Youโ€™ll Do

Lead Resident & Board Product Experiences

  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the digital experiences that serve residents, homeowners, and community board members.
  • Ensure weโ€™re solving the right problems by leveraging customer feedback, behavioral insights, and business objectives.
  • Define clear, measurable outcomes and ensure every initiative is grounded in delivering value to users and the business.

Mentor and Develop Product Talent

  • Serve as a coach and role model for other product managers, sharing best practices in discovery, prioritization, storytelling, and stakeholder management.
  • Lead by example in articulating product vision, structuring roadmaps, and facilitating alignment conversations across departments.
  • Help build product rituals and standards that foster autonomy, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Champion a Product-Led Culture

  • Drive a discovery-first mindset, focusing on learning, experimentation, and customer validation before committing to solutions.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment by translating user needs into clear priorities and outcomes.
  • Evangelize product thinking within and beyond the product team, helping non-product partners embrace agile, iterative development processes.

Deliver Outcomes That Matter

  • Translate insights and strategic goals into well-structured problem statements, opportunities, and product briefs.
  • Continuously refine goals, assumptions, and approaches as new insights emerge.
  • Monitor success through qualitative and quantitative feedback, using data to drive iteration and improvement.
  • Plus other tasks as needed

Qualifications

What You Bring
โ€ข 6+ years of experience in product management, including at least 1โ€“2 years mentoring or supporting other product managers.
โ€ข Strong understanding of product discovery, outcome-driven roadmapping, and prioritization frameworks.
โ€ข A passion for coaching and growing othersโ€”youโ€™re energized by helping others succeed.
โ€ข Proven ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or legacy environments.
โ€ข Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a knack for building alignment across diverse stakeholders.
โ€ข Deep empathy for end users and a drive to create intuitive, empowering experiences for all.

Nice-to-Haves
โ€ข Experience in industries with complex user roles (e.g., community management, operations, or services).
โ€ข Exposure to organizations transitioning from project-led to product-led models
