Job Purpose (Job Summary):
Invesco is seeking Senior Product Manager to support the firm’s Private Credit team. The role will primarily focus on supporting business development strategy initiatives for our direct lending, distressed credit and multi-sector private credit offerings. The individual will work closely with fellow members of the CPM/product management team as well as investments, marketing, compliance, operations and other key business support functions.
The role will include helping with product positioning, product research & competitive trends, and support of overall product management initiatives. This individual should have an understanding of private credit markets and concepts. Strong communication and organizational skills are core requirements for the position. The Senior Product Manager must have an intimate knowledge of the investment philosophy and process of each investment product supported. This includes a detailed understanding of current investment themes within the portfolio, knowledge of the portfolio holdings, risk attributes of the strategy, past and current positioning, near-term outlook for the strategy and performance.

The salary range for this position in New York is $150,000 - $170,000 annually. The total compensation offered for this position includes salary and incentive pay and will vary based on skills, experience, and location.
