Job Summary

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Product, this position is responsible for the management of Zartico’s Marketing Media Planning Platform, including the integration of Zartico’s Digital Campaign Optimization (DCO) product. Duties include defining requirements and user stories for all Marketing Platform features, managing regular release trains, Zartico’s customer and internal product feedback process, maintaining a robust product backlog, and performing regular backlog grooming.

As a key member of the product team, you will have a significant influence on the company’s strategic direction and will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, market expansion, and customer satisfaction.

This role is based in a remote work environment; however, the ideal candidate will be located in or near Salt Lake City, Utah to support in-person collaboration as needed.

Occasional travel, estimated at approximately 25%, may be required.Β Β 

Core responsibilities:

  • Through collaboration with the core team, define Marketing Platform products clear long-term vision for Zartico products based on user needs, market research, and company goals.
  • Define through a comprehensive understanding Marketing Platform and DCO product requirementsΒ 
  • Clearly detail product(s) value to clientsβ€” What they receive, how it makes their workflow better, why they don't want to work without it.Β 
  • Define the user experience from initial concepts to delight and adoption.
  • Create & maintain product roadmap outlining how the product will evolve, prioritize features, bug fixes, releases, and how the product solves customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, sales and customer success to execute on product strategy
  • Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for all product releases.
  • Ensure a SaaS like customer experience and easy user experience in all customer-facing products.Β 
  • Manages the continuous customer feedback process
  • Iterate on product features based on product feedback, KPIs and evolving market trends
  • Lead agile product development processes
  • Partner with marketing & sales to develop product positioning, messaging and launch plans

Product Strategy

  • Assisting in defining and articulating a bold, forward-looking product vision and multi-year strategy that aligns with the first customer needs/value, the company's mission, and business goals.
  • Leverage modern AI and AI growth as a core component of product strategy and delivery.Β 
  • Move forward market opportunities and guide prioritization to balance innovation with optimization.
  • Represent the product organization in all cross-functional meetings, serving as the voice of the product team.
  • Represent value to the end customer in all cross-functional meetings.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Act as a key liaison between product, engineering, design, marketing, sales, support, and operations
  • Serve as a marketing partner, ensuring the product(s) value and capabilities are translated to the marketing team.
  • Ensure alignment across teams on product priorities, requirements, and delivery timelines.
  • Partner with marketing and customer-facing teams to support go-to-market strategies, positioning, and enablement

Product Execution

  • Own the full marketing product lifecycle: research, ideation, validation, delivery, launch, and iteration.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to validate assumptions, prioritize features, and refine the roadmap.
  • Help establish product development best practices, driving consistency, scalability, and operational excellence

Customer & Market Focus

  • Continuously gather customer insights through interviews, usage data, and Net Promoter Score (NPS)/Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) scores.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Ensure that products solve real customer problems and deliver measurable value.
  • Ensure proper user experience and ease of use for the customer journey using our products.

Performance & Analytics

  • Assist with defining success metrics and KPIs for product performance, usage, retention, and growth.
  • Analyze product performance and use data to drive prioritization and resource allocation.
  • Report progress and outcomes to executive stakeholders regularly

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of product management experience in the Marketing industry
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum product development methodologies

  • Exemplary presentation skills and relationship skills both in-person and in-virtual settings

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) strongly preferred.Β 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry experience required in media measurement and in Digital Marketing and/or Marketing agency.
  • Familiarity and comfort with AI, LLM, modern cloud architecture, APIs, and enterprise integrations
    Prior startup experience and/or experience scaling products from MVP to enterprise-grade solutions
  • Proven ability to drive innovation through user research, experimentation, and rapid prototyping

Compensation for this position: $115,000 - $135,000 based on experience.
