Job Description:

This job is responsible for developing short and long-term product management plans. Key responsibilities include conducting market research and competitor analyses, determining product pricing, developing short and long-term strategies, and identifying innovative opportunities to modernize product offerings and deliver a more unified customer. Job expectations include leading the management and development of products and ensuring that product management efforts are integrated with sales, marketing, operations, implementation, and customer service strategies.

We're seeking a strategic & execution-oriented Senior Product Manager to lead the development of Natural Language Processing (NLP) & Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities that will automate the extraction and structuring of data from complex commercial loan agreements. This role is central to transforming our E2E loan booking process - improving speed, accuracy, and compliance at scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees a set of products and maintains financials, including managing the investment profile and profit and loss (P&L) activities, such as revenue and profit margins
  • Partners with internal stakeholders to obtain meaningful insights about markets, clients, and competitors in order to develop products that solve client needs and ensure high adoption rates
  • Develops long and short-term product strategy, driving products to provide comprehensive solutions across the bank
  • Instills a culture of continuous improvement and effective risk management
  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for intelligent document processing of lending agreements using NLP & LLMs
  • Lead the design & delivery of solutions that extract, validate, and structure key loan terms from unstructured legal documentation into booking ready data
  • Partner closely with stakeholders across Credit Operations, Technology, Legal, Risk, and Front office teams to ensure alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements
  • Translate complex commercial lending workflows into scalable AI-powered product features that eliminate manual data entry and reduce operational risk
  • Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to guide model development, fine tuning, and human in the loop feedback systems
  • Define and monitor success metrics including model precision/recall, processing throughput, and downstream booking accuracy
  • Evaluate alternative AI/LLM/NLP capabilities to build best in class solutions
  • Ensure data governance, auditability, and compliance are embedded in all product design decisions, especially in a regulated loan environment
  • Communicate product progress, risks, and business impact to executive leadership and drive change management across operations teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated strategic planning/ product management skills
  • Strong analytical skills with breadth of view
  • Solid negotiation skills
  • People and project management skills and abilities
  • 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on NLP, AI/ML products in financial services
  • Proven track record of leading technical transformations in a complex regulated environment
  • Comfortable translating technical model capabilities into clear business value propositions and user workflows
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to drive clarity across business & technical domains
  • Track record of influencing cross functional teams and leading through ambiguity in complex, matrixed organizations
  • Comfortable managing priorities across both quick delivery use cases & foundational platform investments
  • Prior experience with document intelligence platforms (workfusion, hyperscience, instabase)
