About the Role
We are seeking aβ―Senior Product Managerβ―to lead the development of innovative interactive experiences that engage and delight users directly within the user interface. In this role, you will drive the strategy, development, and execution of core capabilities that enable seamless interactivity across the platform, ensuring the successful delivery of features to customers.Β
For New York Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $129,000 - $300,000 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. This role is eligible for health insurance, equity awards, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid time off.
What youβll be doing:
- Define and own the vision for interactive experiences, driving alignment across stakeholders and ensuring that all initiatives support business and user engagement goals
- Build and scale the foundational platform capabilities necessary to enable a wide range of interactive features
- Partner with engineering, design, data, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality experiences on time and within scope
- Focus on driving key engagement metrics, such as the time users spend engaging with interactive features and the frequency of their return visits
- Act as the primary advocate for interactivity, working closely with leadership to align on priorities and measure the impact of delivered features

Weβre excited if you have:
- 5-7 years of experience in product management with a track record of delivering customer-facing features or experiencesΒ
- Strong understanding of user engagement strategies and how to leverage interactive design to drive retention and repeat usage
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver complex features in a timely manner
- Ability to translate customer insights and data into compelling product features and experiences
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
