Primary Function/Position SummaryΒ 

As an Indeavor Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing/owning your product layer throughout the product lifecycle and ensuring our efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goals. You will gather feedback, write requirements, prioritize requirements, and work closely with design and engineering to deliver winning products. You will also work alongside sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.Β 

ResponsibilitiesΒ 

The Senior Product Manager is expected to:Β 

  • Assist and collaborate in the research of customer or prospect needs, market trends, and the competitive landscapeΒ 
  • Assist and collaborate on our product strategyΒ 
  • Define the product plan for your productsΒ 
  • Deliver PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justificationΒ 
  • Write detailed requirements and ensure user stories are completed, accepted, & prioritized in the backlog ready for each sprint planningΒ 
  • Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and quality assurance throughout the planning, development, and release of the productΒ 
  • Collaborate closely with product marketing, sales, and customer success on launching your productsΒ 
  • Run beta/early adopter programs with early-stage productsΒ 
  • Act as the product leader within the company (product evangelism)Β 
  • Communicate with and provide transparent feedback to stakeholdersΒ

Requirements
  • Experience building platform integrations to other products is required.Β 
  • Previous product management experienceΒ 
  • Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent productsΒ 
  • Possess data driven & creative problem-solving skillsΒ 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skillsΒ 
  • Excellent teamwork skillsΒ 
  • Ability to wear many hats within a day, switching mindsets frequentlyΒ 
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authorityΒ 
  • Confidence in representing the product organization internally and externallyΒ
